Hall of Fame
A 1956 Ceramic Engineering graduate, Pat played both offense and defense under legendary head coach Alex Yunevich from 1951-54. The Saxons were 23-4-2 during those years. Lattari threw seven career touchdown passes including five in his senior year and also connected for four extra point conversion passes. The Waverly, NY native also caught a touchdown pass against Brockport in 1952 and ran seven yards for a score against Ithaca in 1953. Pat also received Honorable Mention on the Associated Press Little All-America team in 1954.
Lattari also served as an assistant football coach in 1955 and was the freshman basketball coach for the 1955-56 season. His fondest memory of athletics at AU was the Saxons 34-21 victory over Hofstra on October 25, 1952.
Pat and his wife, Marita, live in Attleboro, MA, where he is an operations manager for Texas Instruments. The couple has three sons: James, Stephan, and Michael.
