During the football seasons from 1950-52, when the Saxons were 17-3-2, Fasano started every game at right guard and was also a tackle on defense. He was the pulling guard and blocker in front of Little All-America Ralph DiMicco. Gained Little All-America Honorable Mention. Also won letters in wrestling and track & field. Football coach at Westbury High School on Long Island.
