Alfred University Athletic Communications strives to provide the student-athletes with content and experiences that not only lift them up and promote them during their time at Alfred University, but also give the opportunity to look back on their careers as alumni. We believe that each and every student-athlete deserves the highest quality of our efforts across all 29 varsity teams. AU Athletic Communications has an everlasting goal of standing out within the Empire 8, New York State and even the nation as a high-level provider of media content and coverage of our student-athletes. Media Policies
Press Box Credentials
Request credentials for any Alfred University Athletics varsity contest by contacting Chris Boswell at boswell@alfred.edu or 607.871.2528 at least 48 hours prior to the event. Credentials are issued to members of the working press on assignment. Space is limited in the press boxes at Yunevich Stadium and Harrington Field as well as the scorers' table at the Terry S. Galanis Family Arena, and is prioritized for Athletic Communications and team staff, live audio and video broadcast personnel.

Interview policy
All interviews should be coordinated through the Athletic Communications Office. Please allow 24 hours notice for all interviews. Postgame interviews are coordinated following the event; please tell an Alfred University Athletics Athletic Communications staff member who you wish to interview.

Photo policy
Alfred University Athletics requires that you obtain a sideline pass in order to photograph or record video at any athletic event held at the school. Please contact the Athletic Communications Office at least 48 hours in advance to reserve a sideline pass. Lack of previous inquiry may result in denial of access to sidelines. Alfred University is not responsible for any harm that befalls any personal equipment or persons on sidelines unless previously agreed upon.
