LEAD Athletic:
The Learn Empower Achieve Develop (LEAD) Athletic is a student-athlete leadership program that is an athletic department collaboration with the Judson Leadership Center. This program helps our student-athletes gain confidence in their leadership skills and apply those skills in their sport and on campus. Life Skills Program:
Vision: Student-athletes will engage in life skills seminars by class year to assist in their personal growth. With this learning, student-athletes will positively influence the performance of their teams, perform better in the classroom, and be more engaged citizens.
Goals: The following are life skill topics by class year that we will choose from during a student-athletes four years at Alfred University. This list will change based on the needs of intercollegiate student- athletes.
