ALFRED, NY – The Alfred University women's swimming & diving team was one of 763 teams from 432 institutions to earn College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Spring Scholar All-American Team honors.
 
To qualify, a team must achieve a 3.00 GPA or higher during the Spring 2025 semester. The Saxon women had a team GPA of 3.72. Eight Saxons earned Empire 8 President's List with term GPAs of 3.75 or higher with four earning perfect 4.00 GPAs. Three more student-athletes made Dean's List with a 3.50 GPA or higher and an additional one was named to the Saxon Scholar Athlete list with GPAs of 3.20 or higher.
 
The Saxons' men's swimming & diving team also made the listing with a GPA of 3.24. Alfred University was joined by both the men's and women's swimming & diving teams from SUNY Geneseo, Hartwick College and Nazareth University, representing the Empire 8. The Saxon women had the second highest team GPA between other Alfred University teams.
