"Great effort this week following a tough week of workouts and a rough weekend a week ago," Head Coach
Brian Striker said. "The women had a hard fought battle with Fredonia, yielding many in season best performances. Liv's [Piazza] 100-breaststroke, Gina's [Artieri] 1000, Lauren's [Serotta] 200-back and Tori's [Cramp] diving were some highlights. I am looking forward to another hard week of work before we head into Thanksgiving Break and the Ithaca Invitational in three weeks."
Â
Serotta topped the Fredonia swimmers in the 100-backstroke with a 1:02.49 as well as the 200-back as her 2:16.88 defeated the Blue Devils but was short of being the overall victor.
Victoria Cramp (Hornell, NY/Hornell) was the only overall winner on the day as she defeated both Rochester and Fredonia on the 1-meter diving board with a score of 183.55.

The Saxons will next travel to Ithaca College for a three-day invitational meet on Friday, November 30 until Sunday, December 2. Friday's events start at 6PM as both Saturday and Sunday begin at 10AM.
