GREENWOOD, IN - Isabella Casalinova (Bennington, VT/Mount Anthony Union) and Izzy Santella (Middleport, NY/Royalton Harland) of the Alfred University field hockey team were honored as College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections in the Women's At-Large category, as announced on Tuesday. 

"We are so proud of Bella and Izzy for earning CSC Academic All-District honors," Head Coach Shelby Bourn said. "This is a well-deserved recognition for their hard work as they make a huge impact on the field while helping establish our program, and for leading by example with their consistent commitment in the classroom."

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
