BRISTOL, NY – The Alfred University men's alpine skiing team wrapped up their season with a two-day weekend on Bristol Mountain for the USCSA Mideast Regional Championships on Sunday.

Bob Cilino '13 said. "We were able to get training all week and prepare as many days as possible. I'm excited for next year and I'm really excited about the team itself and how everybody gelled this year and worked together and supported each other. I'm looking forward to next year and many years to come."
Logan Lane (Hillsboro, NH/Hillsboro-Deering) tallied the fastest time, clocking in at 2:23.86 in the giant slalom.
Garrett Farabaugh was the second fastest, registering a time of 2:29.25.
Vinci Armas (Winter Garden, FL/Horizon) completed his first run in 1:17.76 but did not finish his second attempt.
On day two,
Kevin Voegelin (Allegany, NY/Allegany-Limestone) was the leader for the Saxons as he delivered a time of 2:34.25 in the slaloms. Lane was second fastest with a final time of 2:42.06. Farabaugh did not finish his second attempt but recorded 1:21.58 in his opening run.
Alfred University gears up for next year's season.
