GREENWOOD, IN – Elizabeth Madsen (Portland, OR/Grant) of the Alfred University women's tennis team was selected to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for Division III, as announced on Tuesday.

"I am continually impressed with Liz for putting the STUDENT in student-athlete," Head Coach Jake Fisler said. "She has done a great job representing the program in the classroom while being a role model for other student-athletes by balancing intense academic workloads and performing at a high level athletically. I am very proud of her investment into her future and can't wait to see all the great things she will accomplish."

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
