CORTLAND, NY – The Alfred University women's and men's track & field teams concluded their 2023-24 seasons on Thursday during the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships at SUNY Cortland.
"This was a great conclusion to our season. This group has accomplished so much despite our many obstacles we had to overcome as a program," Head Coach
Matt Phillips '10 said. "It's been a long season, and I couldn't be prouder of each Saxon and how they pushed forward to the very end. All of the returners know what needs to happen for them to not only get back to this level of success and competition, but to accelerate past this as the program continues to grow. As for the student-athletes that are graduating, we would not be where we are as a program had they not chosen to be members of the teams and to help lead us into a brighter future."
