ALFRED, NY--Senior attack Kaitlyn Button (Cazenovia, NY/Cazenovia) has been named the Alfred University Femaile Athlete of the Week.

Button is being honored for her performance against Keuka College last week, where the Saxons fell 17-6 to the Wolfpack.  She led the Saxons with a hat trick, three groundballs, three caused turnovers, and three draw controls in the game.

The women's lacrosse team (0-1, E8 0-0) returns to action Tue. March 24 against Wilkes University.
