GREENWOOD, IN – Three student-athletes of the Alfred University men's swimming and diving program were named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for Division III.
The Saxons that were selected were captain
Tucker Jones (Fort Plain, NY / Fort Plain),
Sean Killian (Kenmore, NY / St. Joseph's Collegiate Institution), and captain
Keagen Winkky (Horseheads, NY / Horseheads).
"It is reassuring to me as a coach that we are doing the right things when we have good sized group of student-athletes receiving recognition for their academic achievements,"
Head Coach Brian Striker noted. "We work hard in the pool and have achieved a great deal this season, but it is great to be able to give some recognition to those in our program who have mastered the balancing act of being a student-athlete!"
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To qualify, student-athletes must compete in 75 percent of competitions or
finish top-eight at a conference meet or participate in a national championship.
