ITHACA, NY – The Alfred University hunt seat equestrian team finished as the Reserve High Point Team at Cornell University's Oxley Equestrian Center on Sunday.
 
Will Utzman (Fairport, NY/Fairport), Stephen Kuss IV (Syracuse, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) and Madison Smith (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) each earned blue ribbons on the day to lead the way for the Saxons. Utzman won Limit Flat while earning third place in Intermediate Over Fences. Kuss took the victory in Limit Over Fences and also earned a third place finish in Limit Flat, behind Utzman. Smith took first in Introductory.
