GILBERT, AZ – The Alfred University men's and women's tennis teams were named to the 2026 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Teams and a combined 18 Saxon student-athletes earned Scholar-Athlete recognition.
The men's team was 1-of-147 men's teams nationally to earn the All-Academic Team status while the women were 1-of-177 programs to garner the honor. All 10 Saxon men rostered were joined by 1,141 other athletes from across the nation to earn Scholar-Athlete and eight Saxon women were joined by 1,301 Division III athletes in the listings.

To qualify as a team for the All-Academic award, the team must have a 3.20 or above GPA. Scholar-Athletes must have a 3.50 GPA or higher.
