GREENWOOD, IN - Four members of the Alfred University women's lacrosse team have been honored as College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections in the Women's At-Large category.

Jessica Matson (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley), Lauren Sfeir (Whiteboro, NY/Whitesboro), Paige Stansfield (Painted Post, NY/Corning-Painted Post) and Morgan Wise (Kittanning, PA/Armstrong) were the four selections for Alfred University. 

"We are incredibly proud to have four of our student-athletes receive this recognition," Interim Head Coach Erin Schurr said. "Aside from the work they put in on the field, this shows the hard work, dedication, and success they have in the classroom as well."

The 2026 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
