ALFRED, NY – The Alfred University women's basketball team will host a canned drive at its home opener against Buffalo State University on Tuesday at 5:00 PM.

All proceeds from the drive will be donated to the Alfred University Food Pantry.

Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable foods, sealed toiletries, kitchen essentials, shelf-stable snacks and cleaning supplies to Terry S. Galanis Family Arena during the Saxons' home game.

For those who are unable to attend the game but wish to support, please reach out to Head Women's Basketball Coach and Travel Team Coordinator Mike Moskowitz at moskowitz@alfred.edu to coordinate a time for items to be picked up.
