Reeder Bruffey (Corning, NY/Corning-Painted Post) led the Saxons with two wins on the day in a 3-6 loss to Mount Aloysius on the road Saturday.

John Papin (Rochester, NY/The Harley School) at #3 doubles, taking the final point out of doubles play in the Saxons favor. However, AU trailed 1-2 heading into singles.

Peter Smock (Prattsburgh, NY/Prattsburgh) took home the only singles wins for the Saxons. Smock squared off with Cole Kamierczyk at #2 singles, dominating the match to a 6-2, 6-2 win. Bruffey grabbed the last point of the day for the Saxons at #6 singles, taking the match 6-3, 6-2.

The Saxons hit the road next on March 5, 2019 when they travel to Rochester, NY to take on the Tigers of RIT.
