Christopher Deaver (Warwick, NY/Warwick Valley) swept the diving events to lead the Saxons. He won 1-meter diving with 266.75 points and took first on the 3-meter board with 245.50 points. Sophomore
Seth Steele (Crossville, TN/Cicero-North Syracuse) was second in 1-meter diving (142.15) and 3-meter diving (147.60).
Senior
Sheldon Vosburgh (Canajoharie, NY/Canajoharie) was second in the 100-yard freestyle (50.52 seconds), while sophomore
Alec Toth (Lockport, NY/Starpoint) was second in the 200 free (1:50.26) and third in the 500 free (5:01.65).
Other top performers for the Saxons were: senior
Jake Olson (Dansville, NY/Dansville), third in the 100 backstroke (58.33), 200 back (2:10.66) and 200-yard IM (2:10.94); freshman
Richard Berger (New Paltz, NY/New Paltz), third in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.84); sophomore
Michael Guarglia (Hornell, NY/Hornell), third in the 200 breaststroke (2:33.75); and sophomore
Joseph Lawrence (Clarence Center, NY/Clarence), third in the 100 butterfly (52.31).
