Box Score PITTSFORD, NY –The Alfred University women's lacrosse dropped a 21-2 decision to St. John Fisher, Friday evening.  
                
St. John Fisher held a 14-1 advantage at halftime and outscored the Lady Saxons 7-1 in the second half.
                
Junior attack Kaitlyn Button (Cazenovia, NY/Cazenovia) scored both Alfred goals. Senior defender Janelle Gallipeau (Rochester, NY/Greece Olympia) picked up three ground balls and caused a turnover.
                
Junior goalie Taylor Tarajos (Rochester, NY/Greece Olympia) made eight saves and picked up three ground balls during the course of the contest, in net for AU.
                
Alfred (1-3, 0-1 Empire 8) next faces Keuka College on Wednesday, April 2, at 4 p.m.
