Box Score BRONXVILLE, NY -- The Alfred University men's basketball team improved to 6-1with a 121-70 non-conference win at Sarah Lawrence College Sunday afternoon.
           
AU held a commanding 67-40 lead at halftime and did not look back as the Saxons eclipsed the 100-point mark for the sixth time in seven games this season. Alfred forced Sarah Lawrence into 31 turnovers and outshot the Gryphons from the field with 38 percent, and from beyond the arc with 27 percent.
           
Senior center Steve Lothridge (East Syracuse, NY/East Syracuse-Minoa (OCC)) paced the Saxons with a double-double (13 points, 14 rebounds). Junior guard Mike Snyder (Pulaski, NY/Pulaski) added 13 points, whilejunior guard Thomas Tsatsis (Neponsit, NY/Townsend Harris) and freshman guard Dylan Molloy (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) each scored 12 points and junior forward Jeremy Johnson (Martinsburg, WV/Martinsburg (Sheperd University)) chipped in with 10.
