Box Score PITTSFORD, NY- The Alfred University women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to St. John Fisher, in an Empire 8 matchup, Saturday afternoon.

Both teams were scoreless at 0-0 heading into the second half of play. St. John Fisher netted two late goals to give them the edge.

Senior goalie Samijo Scheer (Corning, NY/East) went the distance in net for AU, making nine saves.

Alfred (4-8-0, 0-4-0 Empire 8) returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. against visiting Utica College.
