Gilbert closed her collegiate career with not only earning All-Atlantic Regional Honors but also with a new school record in the 800-meter run. Gilbert, after being seeded ninth coming into the meet, ran a 2:17.04 to take fifth place, earning a spot on the podium. The personal best time also broke her own school record time of 2:17.63. She then ran the anchor leg of the 4x800-meter relay, being joined by Sarah Lutkins, Annabelle Townsend and McKenzie Hall to finish 14^th with a time of 10:22.14.
