Santiago had a breakout performance for the Alfred University defense as part of a 51-0 conference win over Hartwick College. Santiago totaled seven tackles, including one sack, to go with a blocked kick, forced fumble and an interception. In the second quarter, Santiago recorded his second collegiate interception for the Saxons, giving the ball back to the offense in Hartwick territory. Later in the half, Santiago blocked a 39-yard field goal attempt by the Hawks. Santiago capped off his impressive weekend with a forced fumble in the third quarter that was picked up by teammate Landon Spencer. Santiago was additionally credited with seven tackles for AU, six of which were solo.
