Max Freeman IV had his second game in a row with double-digit yardage on the ground as he netted 139 yard on 18 rush attempts, averaging 6.0 yards a carry. Among the attempts was the opening scoring play as he ran 62 yards, darting past multiple would-be tacklers in the Saxons’ 21-16 win over Morrisville State College on Saturday. He then ran in the game-winning touchdown with just under six minutes remaining in the first half to make it 21-0. Freeman totaled 185 yards on the day between his rushing attempts, his one catch for 18 yards and his two kick returns for 33 yards.
