Junior Scotty Stopera continued his streak of double-digit scoring as he posted back-to-back games of 10-or-more points, including a new career-high of 21 points against Case Western Reserve. Stopera shot 60.0% from the floor as he was 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and 6-of-10 overall on the floor. He tacked on a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line to cap off his 21-point game. Stopera then posted 15 points in the Saxons win against Washington & Jefferson where he was once again perfect from the charity stripe, going 4-for-4. He hit three three-pointers and added a field goal. The two games now have him on a five-game scoring streak of 10 or more points and a five-game scoring streak of three or more three-pointers. The two games were also the fourth and fifth time this season that he has been perfect from the free throw line as his is 28-for-31 on the season (90.3%). Stopera also pulled down a total of eight rebounds, assisted seven times and stole the ball once.
