Sophomore Jessica Wilcox totaled 31 strikeouts in three games this week including her monstrous, Alfred University school record-breaking performance of 13 K’s against Houghton College! She only gave up six hits, three runs (two earned) and walked batters five times. Wilcox gave up only one hit and walked one batter against Lycoming College where she also stepped to the plate as a batter. She was 1-for-1 with her single that split the third base and shortstop players. She is now 8-4, 2-1 Empire 8.
