Senior Emile Frigon broke loose on Saturday against Western New England University during the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division III Football Championship Tournament. He set a new career-high of 185 yards on eight catches on the day while finding the end zone twice. He also had his career-long of 40 yards on a single catch which was the first score of the third quarter. Frigon later caught a 34-yard touchdown pass from Tyler Johnson that, following a Trevor Monk PAT, brought the Saxons to 30 points and sealed the game away as Alfred University advanced to the Elite 8.
