2015-16: Earned All-Empire 8 Honorable Mention in doubles with Connor Doud (05.12.16)...named a team captain...finished the season strong in doubles, totaling a record of 12-8 between a 10-8 record at No. 1 with Connor Doud and a 2-0 mark at No. 2 with Patrick Brown...his 12 doubles wins was a team-high for an individual...with Connor Doud, the pair was 5-5 in their last 10 matches...he finished with a 5-15 singles record playing primarily at No. 3 singles where he went 4-13.

2014-15: Finished the year with a 9-5 record in singles...was 4-4 in conference between the No. 4 through No. 6 positions...primarily played at No. 5 with a 7-4 record...won seven of his last 10 singles matchups...went 3-5 (2-5 in Empire 8 play) at No. 3 doubles with Pat Brown.

2013-14: Went 2-3 at No. 6 singles and was 1-2 in the Empire 8...teamed with Trenton Berardi, Dalton Divine and Patrick Brown for an overall doubles record of 1-2 at No. 3 doubles...won his match lone doubles match with Berardi.

2012-13: Won a doubles match with Daniel Baruch at No. 3...finished the season 1-1 in doubles.

Before AU: Matthew played tennis at Goshen Central High School in Goshen, NY under coach Kenny Soroka...went undefeated his senior year at No. 6 singles for the Gladiators...he was named to the High Honor Roll.

Personal: Son of Gayle and Tom Baloga, Matthew is a mechanical engineering major.
