Robinson is in his first season as a graduate assistant at Alfred University. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and held a minor in Adolescent & Young Adult Education.
While in attendance at Baldwin Wallace, Robinson was a student coach for the Yellow Jackets for three years. While coaching at the collegiate level, Robinson was also the assistant director and coach for the North Coast Runnin' Rebels, an AAU program developing players from fourth to tenth grade. In 2013, he also began instructing players at all levels on a private basis in accordance to player position and ability collecting and monitoring data in order to utilize to increase player development.
