Bayha joined the Alfred University football staff in the summer of 2018 in the role of Offensive Line Coach. He previously attended Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration in December of 2017.Â
During his last semester at W&J, Bayha served as the Offensive Line Coach for the Presidents who went 11-1 on the season and finished atop the President's Athletic Conference in total offensive yards (5,595) including 1,806 yards rushing and 3,789 yards through the air. The team also scored 62 touchdowns on offense, ranking second in the conference.Â
Prior to serving as the Offensive Line Coach at W&J, Bayha also acted in the role of Supervisor for the W&J Intramural Sports program, organizing up to 15 student workers. His other experiences include working for the Blackwell Law Firm and Phi Delta Theta.
Bayha is pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree at Alfred University.
