Corey Bell is in his first season as a graduate assistant for the Alfred University football team, coaching wide receivers.
He comes to Alfred from Alma College in Alma, MI, where he served the 2016 season as an assistant coach for defensive backs. He was also responsible for defensive quality control and was assistant film coordinator.
A 2016 graduate of Alma College, he played three seasons (2013-15) on the Scots’ football team, earning varsity letters as a backup quarterback and member of the special teams in 2014 and 2015. He was also a member of the Alma men’s lacrosse team in 2015 and 2016.
Bell earned a bachelor’s degree from Alma, with dual majors in mathematics and secondary education and a physics minor, in December 2016. He is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from Alfred University.
