2012: Played in seven games. Gained 296 yards on 65 carries and scored two touchdowns. Caught seven passes for 40 yards. Returned six kickoffs for 111 yards. Recorded a tackle.

2011: Played in 11 games and led the team in rushing with 980 yards a team-high 191 carries, with nine rushing touchdowns. His 67-yard run against Hartwick was the longest run from scrimmage by an AU player in 2011…Caught 15 passes for 87 yards and returned 21 kick-offs for 478 yards and a touchdown (85 yards, vs. Utica)…Was named a First Team Empire 8 all-star as a tailback and a Second Team pick as a return man.

2010: Played in 13 games. Led the team with 1,437 rushing yards on 232 carries. Ran for eight touchdowns. Caught 33 passes for 241 yards and a touchdown. Returned 11 punts for 100 yards and a touchdown and 14 kick-offs for 303 return yards.

Before AU: 2009 New York State Class B champions, 2009 New York State Class B Player of Year, AGR Player of the Year, State Finals MVP and Section V single-season rushing record with 2,836 at Hornell High School.

Personal: The son of Joe and Mary Kay Dwyer, Austin is a liberal arts and social sciences major.
