Before AU: Played a sport all-year with soccer and both indoor and outdoor track & field for the Lions of Dryden High School...helped his track teams earn two IAC Titles and one indoor...two soccer IAC Titles...seven-time IAC Champion and six-time Sectional IV Champion in track...two-time IAC MVP in track...competed in New York State meet...three-time First Team IAC All-Star in soccer...Fifth Team All-State...Most Outstanding Male Athlete for high school class.

Personal: Also a member of the Alfred University track & field team...majoring in biomaterials engineering...parents are William and Melissa Morrow...sister, Allison swims for SUNY Brockport.
