2019: Selected to play in the USILA Warrior Senior North-South All-Star game (05.23.19) in which the game was played on Friday, May 24 at Tierney Field, home of the US Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, MD as Gavigan played on the North team, defeating the South, 17-16 in overtime (for recap and full replay video, follow this
LINK as Gavigan wore Blue #18)...earned ECACÂ All-Region Honorable Mention (05.23.19)...named to the Empire 8 Men's Lacrosse All-Conference First Team (05.10.19)...earned Empire 8 Fall President's List (01.23.19)...made 13 starts in 15 games played...scored eight goals and assisted on one other...tied a career high with two goals at The Sage Colleges (03.24.19)...recorded 39 ground balls...ranked third on the team with 21 caused turnovers...had a career high with five turnovers in back-to-back games against Elmira College (04.13.19) and The College at Brockport (04.16.19).
2018:
 Earned Empire 8 All-Conference Honorable Mention honors (05.09.18)... started all 16 games… scored seven goals and assisted on two other goals… scored the game-winning goal against Nazareth College (04.14.18)… recorded 39 ground balls… grabbed at least three ground balls in nine games… caused 24 turnovers including a career-high four against Oswego State (03.20.18).
2017: Played in 12 games with four starts...broke his career season record of one goal, one point with five goals and eight points as he added three assists...recorded his first collegiate assist against SUNY Canton (02.25.17) and added one goal for his first collegiate multi-point outing of two points...broke his career-record in single game goals with two against SUNY Geneseo (03.05.17)...technically recorded the game-winning goal against SUNY Canton...broke his career record and tied it as well in single game caused turnovers with three against College at Brockport (03.01.17) and College at Wooster (03.11.17)...finished the year with 11 caused turnovers and 27 ground balls.
2016: Played in 13 of the 15 games this season...had 15 ground balls and five caused turnovers...scored his first collegiate goal against Houghton College (04.27.16) and set his career-high in ground balls to six in that game as well.
Before AU: Played for Dave Marr and the Huskers of Yorktown High School in Yorktown, NY...helped his team to multiple milestones such as 2014 Section I, Regional and New York State Championship Titles...helped the Huskers become Section I and Regional Champions in 2015 as well as New York State Semifinalists the same year...attained High Honor Roll status multiple times throughout high school.
Personal: Parents are Vincent and Gina Gavigan...majors in mechanical engineering.
