2018: Earned NFCA All-Region Second Team honors...named to Empire 8 All-Conference First Team (05.10.18)...Named the Empire 8 Softball Player of the Week (04.23.18)...finished tied for team-high .379 batting average...led AU in hits (44), runs (26), doubles (11), home runs (4), and walks (12) while adding 25 RBIs and six stolen bases...made 41 appearances, starting 40 games...finished second on the team with 63 assists while maintaining a .919 fielding percentage...completed career with 83 RBIs - ranking ninth all-time in AU history. 

2017: Played and started in all 38 games...finished the year with a .288 batting average from her 118 at bats...had 34 hits with five doubles, one triple and a team second best five home runs...was second on the team in RBI's with 25 and runs with 20...was 6-for-7 in stolen bases...had 50 putouts and was second on the team in assists with 56...had a season-high four RBI's in a single game against SUNY Geneseo (04.24.17) as she went 2-for-3 with one double.

2016: Selected as a designated player to the NFCA Northeast All-Region Second Team (05.17.16)...named to the All-Empire 8 First Team (05.11.16)...earned Empire 8 Player of the Week (04.04.16)...named GoSaxons.com Athlete of the Week (04.04.16)...played in 37 games with 30 starts...was third on the team in batting average with a .376...tied for first on the team in doubles with 11 out of her 35 hits during her 93 at bats...was second on the team in home runs with three against Elmira College (04.02.16), Medaille College (04.20.16) and St. John Fisher College (04.30.16)...set a career-high in RBI's with five against Fisher and added two runs while going 2-for-4...went 1-for-2 with a double, two RBI's and three runs against Nazareth College (04.23.16)...had two sacrificed flies and one sac hit...was 3-for-3 during stolen base attempts...was fourth on the team in assists with 32 and added 14 putouts.

2015: Started 12 of her 29 appearances...made 44 plate appearances and garnered 12 hits (.273)...hit three doubles and one home run for four RBI...was 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts...had 25 assists and 11 put outs.

Before AU: Played for coach Roger Seadorf and the Hawks of St. Georges Tech in Middletown, DE...earned All-Conference honors in 2013 and 2014 and was a Second Team All-State selection as a senior in 2014...played travel ball for Fillies Fast Pitch.

Personal: The daughter of John and Kimberly Powers, Haley is an athletic training major.
