2017 Plays of the Week: vs Elmira

2017: Played and started in all 14 games...finished the year in third in points with 38 to shatter his previous single-season career record of 11 (2016)...was second on the team in assists with 22...finished fifth in goals with 16...recovered 21 ground balls and forced two turnovers...broke his single game career-best in goals by scoring four against Nazareth College (04.05.17), assists with five against SUNY Canton (02.25.17) and points three times with six against SUNY Canton, Nazareth College and Houghton College (04.26.17)...recorded a point in every game except two.

2016: Played in all 15 games with four starts...ended the year with 11 points from six assists and five goals...recorded two man-up goals...had 19 ground balls and three caused turnovers...broke his career-best in assists and points in a game with a three assists, one goal performance against Houghton College (04.27.16)...set his career-high in ground balls to four against Ithaca College (04.23.16).

2014: Played in 11 games with one start...had three goals and one assist for four points...recovered four ground balls...best performance was a two-goal, one assist showing against Hilbert College (03.06.14) where he also gathered a ground ball.

Before AU: Played for Brian Hobart and the Mustangs of Penn Yan Academy in Penn Yan, NY...won the Section V Class C Championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013...were Class C State Finalists in 2012...captained the Mustangs in 2013...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Parents are Tim and Sheila McMichael...majors in mechanical engineering.
