2016: Named a team captain...selected to the 2016 All-Empire 8 Athletic Conference Second Team as a defender (11.09.16)...earned a spot on Alfred University's Brian Karl Alumni Classic All-Tournament Team (09.11.16)...was the Brian Karl Alumni Classic Defensive MVP (09.11.16)...played in 17 games with 16 starts...recorded two goals and two assists for a team-fourth in points with six...both of his goals were game-winners which puts him second on the team in that category...the game-winners were against Brooklyn College (09.10.16) and Pitt-Bradford (09.13.16)...finished the season with the highest shot percentage with only one of his shots not finding net.

2015: Earned All-Empire 8 Conference Second Team (11.10.15)...played in all 18 games with 17 starts...recorded four goals on the season...added on assist for nine points on the season...scored the game-winning goal against Westminster (09.12.15)...out of his 19 shots, 10 were on goal.
 
2014: Played in 19 games with 18 starts...recorded goals against SUNY Geneseo (09.17.14) and Union College (10.22.14) off of a season total of five shots on goal.
 
Before AU: Played for Coach Gary Preece and the Scotties of Ballston Spa High School in Ballston Spa, NY…named a Section II All-Star…earned Suburban Council All-Conference…earned High Honor Roll in high school…also played club soccer for the Albany Alleycats.
 
Personal: Son of John and Cathy Piombino…majoring in global studies and Spanish…achieved President’s List while at AU.
