Biography

Before AU: Competed all year round for the Eagles of Alfred-Almond Central School District, running cross country and competing in both indoor and outdoor track & field...helped his cross country team become Section V Champions in 2019...finished 17th at the NYSPHSAA Federation Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3,200-meter run with a time of 9:34...attended two years at Harvey Mudd College.
Personal: Minors in computer science...son of John and Jaclyn Ford...also a member of the Alfred University men's track & field team.
