Field Hockey Falls in Road Trip to Russell Sage

ALBANY, NY – The Alfred University field hockey team visited Russell Sage College on Saturday afternoon for an Empire 8 matchup, falling to the hosts, 9-0.
 
SadieLyn Combs (Harpursville, NY/Harpursville) registered nine saves in goal for the Saxons while Molly Howlett (Brockport, NY/Brockport) added six stops. Mika Larrison (Centereach, NY/Centereach) recorded a defensive save.
 
The Saxons will next travel to SUNY Brockport for an Empire 8 meeting on Wednesday, October 1 with the first whistle going off at 7:00pm.
