"What an outstanding class of Hall of Fame inductees we will honor who represent the very best of what a Saxon student-athlete is, and across a great diversity of sports as well," said Paul Vecchio, Director of Athletics. "I am also excited to welcome our first Distinguished Alumni and Silver Saxon honorees which will add greatly to our celebration and, hopefully, lead to many more nominations in those deserving categories as well. I look forward to seeing plenty of former Hall of Famers, alumni, family and friends as we usher in a new era by moving the Hall of Fame to its own weekend in early November."

This is the first year that the Hall of Fame festivities are on its own weekend. Previously, the Hall of Fame ceremony coincided with Homecoming.
