"We continue to having a lot of women showing really well in certain stat columns. We have Shannon [Gray] who's seeing a high volume of shots and is withstanding them. We have Sarah [Turner], Miranda [Gilbert], Jackie [Hicks] and Lee [Bianchi] who are picking up some stats in certain columns as well," Head Coach
Erin McGaffigan said. "We also have a lot of players who are not getting those stats but they are putting in a lot of hard work and it's good to see that everyone is working for each other as we develop."
First-year defender
Sarah Turner (Bentonville, AR) led the team in the circle with four draw controls.
Gray went the distance in net, making 16 saves. Gray is 11 goals shy of breaking the career saves record set by
Jessica Dunster ('04) with 587 saves.
The Saxons hit the road to take on Empire 8 foe Hartwick College this Friday, March 30, at 4 PM.
