Alfred women’s soccer falls to Houghton College on Senior Night

ALFRED, NY – The Alfred University women's soccer team loss against visiting Houghton College by 3-0 in Empire 8 play.
 
Junior goalie Sammy Jo Shanahan (Valley Stream, NY / Valley Stream South) went the distance in net as she made two saves and let all three goals in to earn the loss. Sadie Dunnett went the distance for the Highlanders as she made two saves in the win.
 
Alfred is in action this Saturday, October 22, as they play Hartwick College in Empire 8 play at 2PM.
