Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 OSWEGO, NY -- The Alfred University women's volleyball team dropped a pair of matches Saturday on the final day of action at the SUNY Oswego Tournament.
 
On Friday AU opened the tournament with a 3-0 loss to Potsdam, then rebounded to take a 3-0 decision from Bard. The Saxons played Wells and St. Lawrence Saturday and lost by scores of 3-0 (25-22, 25-11, 25-11) and 3-1 (25-22, 17-25, 10-25, 17-25), respectively.
 
In the loss to Wells, AU got nine assists, six digs and two solo blocks from freshman Aubrey Totsline (Rochester, NY/Fairport) and 17 digs from senior Taylor Kiernan (Patchogue, NY/Patchogue-Medford). Sophomore Mary Lou Patnaude (Burnt Hills, NY/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) had three kills and junior Brianna Dudick (Somers, NY/Somers) had three service aces.
 
Freshman Heather D'Andrea (Erie, PA/Mercyhurst Prep) paced AU against St. Lawrence, with three aces and 10 digs. Kiernan had 16 digs and three service aces; Patnaude had 11 kills; and Totsline had 22 assists.
 
Totsline was named to the All-Tournament team from the Saxons. AU (3-9) plays next on Friday, Sept. 19, at 6 p.m. at Brockport.
