Box Score BUFFALO, NY — The Alfred University volleyball lost a 3-0 decision at Medaille Saturday afternoon.

The Saxons (0-12, 0-2 Empire 8) lost by scores of 25-11, 25-9 and 25-16. Senior Chelsea Hall (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) led AU with six kills, 10 digs, two blocks and a service ace. Senior Paige Jensen (Weiser, ID/Wesier) had seven digs; senior Core' Oppliger (Neuchatel, Switzerland/Lycee Jean-Piaget) had three kills and two blocks; and senior Janelle Galliepeau (Rochester, NY/Greece Olympia) had 12 assists and three digs.

Alfred is in action next on Wednesday, Sept, 25, at 7 p.m. at D'Youville.
