Bremel had the top individual finish for the Saxons at the Youngstown State University Mid-Major Invitational on Friday and Saturday. She finished 15^th overall in the weight throw, less than half a foot short of a personal record. Bremel tossed the weight 13.27m (43’-6.5”) on her third attempt. It was a redemption arc for her as she no-marked in her last meet at Houghton. On Friday, her first attempt was a foul with her second being 11.65m (38’-2.75”) before she hit her best mark of the evening. Bremel also took 37^th overall in the shot put, putting up her best throw of 9.27m (30’-5”) on Saturday.
