ALFRED, NY-- Sophomore Mary Baughman (Henrietta, NY/Rush-Henrietta) has been named the AU Female Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row following her performance at the Empire 8 Conference Championship meet on Saturday, Nov. 1st.

Baughman placed 6th at the conference meet earning First Team All-Conference honors posting a time of 18:15. This accomplishment comes only a week after finishing 8th at the NYSCTC Championship Meet held in Rochester, NY.

Baughman looks to keep the momentum going when she travels with the rest of the team to the ECAC Championship Meet held in Williamstown, MA November 8th.
