Sims recorded a double-double in each of AU’s last three matches, registering all three with double figures in assists and digs. She totaled 90 assists and 40 digs during the week. In addition, Sims scored 16.0 points on eight kills, six service aces and four block assists. She had 40 assists and a career-high 18 digs during the five-set loss at Houghton on Tuesday. Sims posted 22 assists and 10 digs in the 3-0 win against Elmira on Friday. She added 6.0 points on one kill, a career-high four service aces and two block assists. Sims ended the week with 28 assists and 12 digs while notching 6.0 points on three kills, two service aces and two block assists during the 3-0 win at Keuka on Saturday.
