ALFRED, NY-- Christina Behr (Surf City, NJ/Southern Regional) has been named the AU Female Athlete of the Week.

The senior from Surf City, NJ, won two individual events – the 50-yard freestyle (25.19 seconds) and 100-yard freestyle (56.22 seconds) -- in the women’s swimming and diving team’s season-opening dual meet at home against. She also swam a lead leg of 25.63 seconds on the Saxons’ winning 200-yard freestyle relay.

The Saxons hit the pool again Saturday, Oct. 25th against RIT.
