Gilbert was a three-time Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Champion as she won the 800-meter run with a new school record time of 2:17.47. She then teamed up with Sarah Lutkins, McKenzie Hall and Annabelle Townsend for a new school record in the 4x800-meter relay, winning the event with a time of 2:17.47. Finally, Gilbert ran with Zoe Rainville, Anne Spila and Bianca Durso to win the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:05.90, just 0.70 off of the school record.
