Spencer was 3-for-3 on Friday at William Smith College, winning all three events that she competed in. She got things started as the breaststroke leg in the 200-yard medley relay, combining for a time of 2:01.30 with Maureen Derry, Kamila Roman and Sarah Anderson. The bested the rest of the pool by over four seconds. Her next event was her most exciting of the day as she won by 0.18 seconds in the 200-yard freestyle, defeating William Smith’s top swimmer. Spencer swam a 2:08.14 while the Heron swimmer swam a 2:08.32. Spencer closed Friday with a win in the 200-yard breaststroke, swimming a 2:45.19, defeating the rest of the pool by over 13 seconds.
